Shivid polo is a simple food which will surprise your taste buds. The first time I ate it, it surely surprised mine. The mix of rice, tuna and dry dill is not a common one, yet an inspired combination.
2 cups rice
2 tuna in oil cans
1 cup dry dill (it can be fresh one, but I personally believe the dry one makes the food more flavorful)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1. Boil the rice until tender. Take out the water.
2. Put the tuna, including the oil from the can, into one pan. Make it small pieces.
3. Mix everything with the rice until homogeneous and keep on fire for another 2-3 minutes.
Airan is a savory cooling drink which can be found in many countries under many names and with different flavors. It's very simple to make. Simply pour two measures water into one measure yogurt, add 1 tablespoon dried mint and salt to taste, mix it well and enjoy it with 1-2 cubes of ice.

I like this rice and tuna dish. I don't eat meat, only fish and vegetables and pulses/grains, etc, so this looks like a great recipe.
